Eradicate- Uprooted - Newness
This morning words came into my mind and spirit. While I have been in the Spirit, I recall how the Scripture teach us about people dedicated offering their time and treasures to YHVH's mission and purpose.
At the same timd there are some lukewarm people who is not fully committed to partake in the final victory that YHVH had planned and they do not stand out to be a true witness for Him, but a mere bystanders.
Matthew 12:30
"Whoever is not with Me is against Me, and whoever does not gather with Me scatters"
James 1:22
"But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers".
Luke 13:23-25
A bystander asks the Master, "Will only a few be saved?" The Master responds, "Whether few or many is none of your business. Put your mind on your life with YHVH".
Seeing what is going on currently in the world, many are witnissing written prophecies related to a battle that is the judgement of YHVH that will effect the entire world. When this battle has any spiritual or emotional effect on us, we are not just bystanders but part of the root that will be replanted in the time and day to come.
In the ancient times, YHVH went out with His people to fight against their oppressors and enemies. YHVH assures them that He is in that battle and that this battle belongs to Him.
2 Chronicles 20:15
"Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God's. Tomorrow march down against them".
YHVH instructs them to go down against the army tomorrow, and that they will find them at the end of the valley, east of the wilderness of Jeruel. YHVH tells them to stand firm, hold their position, and watch how YHVH save them.
YHVH is not a bystander, but is involved in people's lives and wants victory for His children. But YHVH also do not expect them to stand still, He told them to go down with Him..If we're broken over our sin but not bold for YHVH's truth, we'll operate out of a spirit of fear. This makes us bystanders, which also leaves people disconnected from YHVH, because we're too afraid to share the truth that can set them free.
In context of true faith, "being a bystander not fighting for YHVH" means choosing to remain inactive or indifferent when faced with situations. In this case being only a bystander means that you are not defending actively the truth about who is the true and only God. Or you defend the enemy, whereby you stand on the opposite side with the oppressors .Essentially the word of YHVH is our weapon, it is used in the correct way not to harm ourselves or others but to correct them with love.
The enemy or oppressor is one who is against your faith and does not care about what your believes are. They will not spare a life but sacrifice it for the purpose of pure selfishness.
In Jeremiah 1:10 , YHVH appoints someone to uproot and tear down nations and kingdoms. To destroy and overthrow some nations and their kingdoms, build up other nations and make them strong.
Jeremiah 1:10
See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.
The meaning "to build" and "to plant" represent restoration and renewal. In the same verse we experience that there will be destructive actions, but the message conveys hope and the promise of restoration after judgment takes place.
YHVH is with all who call upon His Name. He is the God who will fight for them. YHVH will go as deep as the valley of death to rescue His beloved children, enabling them to be fully equipped with His righteous up upright strength.
Psalm 23:4
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff they comfort me.
Jeremiah 1:19
They will fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you, for I Am with you, declares YHVH, to deliver you."
Yeshua HaMashiach was not a bystander, but act in the truthfulness against all evil. He was passionate about eradicating evil, and he provided practical ways to fight it. One is to take authority and rebuke the evil. Yeshua HaMashiach went out and heal the sick, cured diseases and set those who are possessed by evil free. Sickness is our enemy and therefore Yeshua HaMashiach went against every sickness.
Revelation 21:4 and 22:2 say that all sickness and disease will be eradicated forever.
YHVH will keep His promise. In the Book of Revelation we see YHVH’s promise to restore peace and righteousness for all eternity.
Psalms 124:1-8 Message is If YHVH hadn't been for us when everyone went against us, We would have been swallowed alive by their violent anger, Swept away by the flood of rage, drowned in the torrent; We would have lost our lives in the wild, raging water. Oh, blessed be YHVH! He didn't go off and leave us.
Revelations 21:4
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away
Isaiah 53:2
"He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground".
In order to live and work at our best, we must cultivate our lives “below ground.” This is what Proverbs means by “the root of the righteous.” Like a tree or a plant, the strength and health of our roots determine what kind of fruit we will bear.
To love YHVH with all your heart, soul, and strength is all-consuming and all-encompassing. It is no lukewarm endeavor. It is total commitment of our very being, spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally to a love of YHVH. We must put YHVH in the forefront of everything else in our lives.
When we put YHVH first, all other things fall into their proper place or drop out of our lives.
Assuming that we have committed ourselves to putting YHVH “first” in our lives, there will be choices we have to make. Sometimes these choices are difficult ones to be made; for each of us must decide, not only think what we want but what is right in the eyes of YHVH. Since choosing to put YHVH first in our lives requires that we keep all of His commandments, many of our patterns of living must change in order to conform our lives to YHVH’s standards instead of our own.
There are instances where YHVH had to separate the righteous from the wicked in order to preserve the righteous and grant favored blessings to them. Destruction often been a result of the separation that occurred to save society against wickedness and where elimination became the only answer. We need to be clothed by YHVH's apparel so that we can be identified as YHVH's children. When we choose to put YHVH first, we must forsake the idol worship and dedicate ourselves to Him.
2 Corinthians 6:16
And what agreement has the temple of YHVH with idols? for you are the temple of the living God; as YHVH has said, I will dwell in them, and walk in (them); and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be separate, says YHVH, and touch not the unclean (thing); and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says YHVH Almighty.
For it shall come to pass, that which I spoke by the mouths of my prophets shall be fulfilled; for I will consecrate of the riches of those who embrace my gospel among the Gentiles unto the poor of my people who are of the house of Yisrael.
Zephaniah 1:8
And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD’S sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king’s children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.
Deuteronomy 29:28
"and YHVH rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as at this day".
John 8:32
“And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free”
Matthew 16:29
Therefore, forsake the world, and save your souls; for what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Many people only want to be saved from the consequences of their sin, but never considerto be safe from it because their ways remains the same. To eradicate means "to root out" to get rid of something completely or destroy it.
We embrace the important values, such as honesty, integrity, and compassion, doing the will of YHVH and root out all evil that only consume our lives.
Psalm 92:12-13
The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of YHVH, they will flourish in the courts of our YHVH.
Being uprooted is uncomfortable and, at times, a traumatic experience. It is YHVH’s grace that will cause discomfort for one season so we can thrive in many seasons of life and weather any storm during the in-between. Just remember that the aim of YHVH is to replant you into a new environment.
Even at the time of Noah the Ark landed in a region of Ararat and the new leave the dove brought to the family indicated a new beginning.
Revelation 21:5
"And the one sitting on the throne said, “Look, I Am making everything new!”"
As we are about to experience redemption and the Salvation that belongs to YHVH, we step into a life where death has no control over us as YHVH offer us the ever lasting life through our obedience and commitment being part of the root, Yeshua HaMashiach.
The idea of a new beginning is a mindset inspire us with renewal of hope and glorious new future. A season to the start a new chapter with no end.
2 Corinthians 5:17
“Therefore, if anyone is in Yeshua HaMashiach, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
Lamentations 3:22-23
“The steadfast love of YHVH never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
We desire for every little thing to be right, but when selfish desires overlap that’s impossible. As we walk in the newness of life in YeshuaHaMashiach, we are no longer weighed down by guilt of sin or burdens of this world, but re-rooted in the tree of life.
We serve a God of all good things possible.
Isaiah 43-19?
Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. 19 Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
What makes the resurrection so significant is that it is an event about YHVH.
The resurrection is about YHVH’s act of justice. By raising the innocently executed Messiah that came to save the world.
YHVH demonstrates that He is the God of justice who vindicates the righteous and punishes the wicked.
Furthermore, the resurrection is about YHVH’s victory: YHVH's triumphs over the power of death and all forces of evil. In other words, by raising Yeshua even before he seen the grave, YHVH shows that He is the God of life and that life triumphs over death and any form of evil has no victory.
The resurrection illustrated the new life we experience being part of accomplishing victory over wickedness. The basis for our faith and proclamation is that we believe that Yeshua HaMashiach was appointed by the just God to show us His love and therefore we proclaim victory and justice to the unjust world and eradicate the roots of all evil.
We all desperately desire to be chosen because it means someone truly and fully sees us. YHVH chooses people to be holy and blameless, and to be part of the redeemed when He comes. The real challenge is quieting the doubts and lies in our minds long enough to hear and receive those three affirming words: “I chose you” - John 15:16
Be blessed and stay blessed
