We are a group of Egyptians, promoting this unique marathon, hosted at the banks of the River Nile in the enchanted city of Luxor, the world's largest open air museum. This page will keep you updated on the event, give you tips on how to train for the marathon, provide you with nutrition programs. We will also lure you with many facts, figures and features of this wonderful country.

Marathon Program

Jan.14 -18 Tuesday - Saturday

Jan.14th
Arrival Luxor and over night at hotel. Jan.15th
Early morning after breakfast, visit Hatshepsut temple, Valley of the Kings and inspection trip to the Marathon Course. Jan.16th
Breakfast Run and visit Luxor and Karnak temple followed by
Official Inauguration of The 21st. Afternoon delivering of the official Start numbers. Jan.17th Run Day.

04:30 Wake up call for all participants.
05:00 Breakfast at hotel.
05:30 Departure to Hatshepsut temple.
07:00 Firing the GO A HEAD sign.
12:30 Back to hotel.
19:00 Award prizes to the Winners, Followed by Gala Dinner
Party. Jan.18th
Final departure back home.
