It sure feels like Summer this fine morning!
Spent a few minutes down in Capitola/ East Santa Cruz this morning checking on one of my sign selling spots. Chill Out Cafe is such a fun little location. Where you see surfers, sitting beside proffesional types next to families, along with tradesmen and folks on vacation.
In fact it feels like your on vacation when you stop in and grab a coffee and great breakfast burrito or sandwich. Just even for a few minutes you get to, Well chill out!

2018 LogJam Vintage Surf Event.
Hey Friends of Classic Jay's, we are gearing up for our First big Spring show that will be held at Pleasure Point this coming weekend. April 28th and 29th.
"The LogJam" surfing contest has been a regular show for us several years now, and we love seeing the old friends in the neighborhoods who come out to say "Hey we bought one of your signs and it's on our front porch", and the new folks that we meet who enjoy our signs and enjoy talking about their memories.
We are all about the history of Santa Cruz County and we have many rare photos of surfing, Santa Cruz and other locales that people have loved for generations.
Please stop by, check out our booth and say Hi! There will many booths there with unique surfing culture items, jewelry and clothing.
Also remember that we can do a custom sign with your image or images and make you a one of a kind gift for yourself or others.

We just checked on our favorite little boutique down by the beach in East Santa Cruz, close to Pleasure Point. And they are getting ready for a busy Summer!
They are "Beach Girl", and they are located at 22596 E. Cliff Dr. and they have great handmade articles made by themselves and others (Me included ;-).
