Happy snow day!! We are on day 3 of being trapped in the house from the crazy blizzard that hit KC this weekend 🙈. This time of year for me is know as wave season! This is the busiest time of year, and also a great time to plan those vacations for the year!

If you are planning for spring break still PLEASE reach out today! I am backed up a few days on quotes with the kids being home with me, but I want to get you on my list! New Doors Open for Monsters and Muppets at Hollywood Studios!

That’s right, humans will be able to enter the world of Monsters, Inc. when it is added to the south side of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Building off the exciting announcements from last summer’s D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, the new land will include the coaster we’ve all dreamed of – a suspended ride recreating the door vault scene – plus dining and shopping and a whole new theater show.

To make way for the monsters, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and more of their friends will be moving right along to Sunset Boulevard! But there’s more to the story: The Muppets will be taking over Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, teaming up with some of music’s biggest stars for a rockin’ music festival!

How are you feeling about the changes? I always have a hard time losing the nostalgia of my childhood Disney!

We had a blast at Disney’s private island, Castway Cay! We did the adventure package where we biked, snorkeled and tubed! The island is stunning, and there is so much to do for everyone from an adults only beach to water parks for the kids. You can’t go wrong!

Yesterday during our stop in Nassau we decided to explore the ship! We spent the whole morning at the spa with our Rainforest pass, went to Palo which is one of the adults only specialty restaurants then had our pirate party!

We toured several more resorts today including the Fiesta Americana Condesa resort which is perfect for those beach lovers who also prefer resorts with a much more traditional Mexican feel. The staff was impeccable, and our food was amazing!
