We are here to help each other, support each other, mastermind with each other, build relationships and friendships with each other, not to practice poor marketing techniques. To allow everyone to get the very most from this Tribe and the effort required from each member in order for all to truly benefit, there must be standards set. Standards that ALL Tribe members and users AGREE to abide by for

the benefit of the whole Tribe. The core of these standards are in place to provide mutual benefit to all members and at the end of the day your site visitors too! The purpose for this Tribe is to share and syndicate QUALITY & VALUABLE CONTENT and for all here to have the best content to syndicate on FB! It should always be your goal to pack your posts with quality, valuable content. You know the benefits as opposed to the features! Selling features makes you a sales person, sharing the benefits of anything to someone makes you an expert who cares! Personal branding is critical; but self promotion will do the opposite and is loathed by most. Let people discover for themselves how wonderful you are through the authenticity and transparency you share of yourself in your posts. People will always recognize and respond in kind; be it to honesty, caring and sharing or self promotion and selling. So careful what you put out there and how it is viewed/perceived by your visitor. The problem is most people see things through their own filter, how they see or feel about something and most of time that's not how the other person sees it. Put yourself in the minds-eye of your visitors by your own response to what you see on other blogs that you visit. What do you like, what do you not like? How does it make you feel when every link in a post is just trying to sell you something? Does it make you wonder if the purpose of the post is to share some great information with you in mind or that it is just designed to sell, sell, sell? The best salesperson NEVER forgets what it's like to be the customer! Want and need to make a sale or to build your 'list'? Use an opt-in box with a great "FREE" offer! If your post is rich in quality and valuable content your visitors will take you up on your "Free" offer! People buy and join people not products & programs. If you let them join you and you continue to provide quality and valuable content you will have them for life as a customer because they have come to know, like & trust you as a source they can rely. Isn't that what you really want at the end of it all anyway!?! As to syndication...no one wants to put their recommendation out there on posts that feel, sound or are salesy or spammy, as that is counter productive to our personal branding efforts! Would You put your name on, behind or recommend crap? Of course not and nor should you! But don't expect anyone else to want to do that either, even if it is for you! Recognizing that the meaning of QUALITY & VALUABLE CONTENT obviously varies from person to person, the following is the meaning as pertaining and applied to this Tribe Page:

This IS considered quality & valuable content:

1. Content that is informative, educational, tutorials, perspective, inspirational

2. No more than one hyper-link to your product or sales page in each post (hyper-links to previous posts don't count)

3. All affiliate products being referenced must be disclosed as a source of income to you should your visitors purchase, thereby disclosing your vested interest of the recommended 3rd party product. All posts/sites must allow for commenting as well as syndication (that is why we are all here after all)

What is NOT considered quality & valuable content:

1. NO STRAIGHT OUT SELLING! PERIOD! This includes but is not limited to ANYTHING you are selling be it an affiliate program, your personal products, a company product or any system/program you are using to build your business.

2. NO packing your posts with a bunch of hyper-links pushing your stuff to sell! One is MORE than enough! (read a post today with 7 hyper-links all pushing stuff = all fluff and spam)

3. No using this tribe page to push your own tribe or page, unless it's your personal page with your name only (not to be confused with your profile)

POSTS THAT FALL INTO ANY OF THE 3 CATEGORIES ABOVE ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE POSTS OF QUALITY & VALUABLE CONTENT & WILL BE DELETED. Repeat offenders run the risk of being permanently banned from the Tribe.
