So, next week we are OPEN AS USUAL - Wed-Sat from 9am.

We will then be closed from 22nd December until mid/late January. Taking a bit extra off this year to have a honeymoon/life, and get some winter warmth in our bones too.

There will be absolutely LOADS on the counter everyday next week. We will not be doing orders this year, all first come first served! 🎄 🎅 🤶 🍞 🥐 ❄️ ⛄️

We had a fabulous meal at Something's Cooking Fish & Chip Restaurant and Takeaway last week. We had spent the day working at the house and were too tired to cook, so decided to eat out.
Would recommend Something's Cooking Fish & Chip Restaurant and Takeaway to all our guests for fabulous fish and chips

Fabulous food. We love eating JT Abergwaun Hotel when we are staying in Fishguard.

It's time to go shopping!

A recent culinary guest suggested that the Police House needed some sharper knives, and we found these beautiful ones. Happy chopping!
Also the coffee maker had developed a leak so it was time to buy a new one. It's an updated model of the one we had previously.

We strive to provide all necessary equipment to make The Old Police House a home from home. We are always happy to accommodtae guests suggestions.

Thank you to our fabulous guest for the latest 5 star review.
Anthony and I worked really hard to prepare the house for guests. When we bought the house it had been empty for 20 years. It took us 4 years to renovate it. We spent a long time setting it up for guests, wanting it to be a home from home.
It is great when guests appreciate the effort we have put into The Old Police House. Thank you David

I've lived in Visit Fishguard & Goodwick for just over a year now and it continues to surprise me. A place with an abundance of talented people willing to give of their time and a place of abundant beauty. Also quite a bit of rain...

Looking for tranquility?

We have recently created a tranquil corner at the top of the garden. We've cut back some of the branches so this area has beautiful dappled shade.
This part of the garden was dark and the grass didn't grow well, so we decided to give it a facelift.

We have a few more plans for this area so watch this space.

Due to cancellation we now have an available week at this highly popular property, The Old Police House, Fishguard.

A stunning property with 5 star reviews. Fishguard is in North Pembrokeshire, close to St David's. There are many stunning beaches, ideal for families or those wanting to walk the coastal path.

The property sleeps 7 people. There is a large kitchen, dining room with access to the private and secure garden. Ideal for barbeques, or chilling with a beverage after a busy day enjoying Pembs scenery.
There four bedrooms are comfortable and of a high standard. The house is welcoming and has been well planned to accommodate needs of holiday guests.

Dogs are welcome, they even get their own Doggie Welcome Pack.
