It's time to go shopping!

A recent culinary guest suggested that the Police House needed some sharper knives, and we found these beautiful ones. Happy chopping!
Also the coffee maker had developed a leak so it was time to buy a new one. It's an updated model of the one we had previously.

We strive to provide all necessary equipment to make The Old Police House a home from home. We are always happy to accommodtae guests suggestions.

Anthony and I worked really hard to prepare the house for guests. When we bought the house it had been empty for 20 years. It took us 4 years to renovate it. We spent a long time setting it up for guests, wanting it to be a home from home.
It is great when guests appreciate the effort we have put into The Old Police House. Thank you David

I've lived in Visit Fishguard & Goodwick for just over a year now and it continues to surprise me. A place with an abundance of talented people willing to give of their time and a place of abundant beauty. Also quite a bit of rain...

Looking for tranquility?

We have recently created a tranquil corner at the top of the garden. We've cut back some of the branches so this area has beautiful dappled shade.
This part of the garden was dark and the grass didn't grow well, so we decided to give it a facelift.

We have a few more plans for this area so watch this space.

Due to cancellation we now have an available week at this highly popular property, The Old Police House, Fishguard.

A stunning property with 5 star reviews. Fishguard is in North Pembrokeshire, close to St David's. There are many stunning beaches, ideal for families or those wanting to walk the coastal path.

The property sleeps 7 people. There is a large kitchen, dining room with access to the private and secure garden. Ideal for barbeques, or chilling with a beverage after a busy day enjoying Pembs scenery.
There four bedrooms are comfortable and of a high standard. The house is welcoming and has been well planned to accommodate needs of holiday guests.

Dogs are welcome, they even get their own Doggie Welcome Pack.

This is a great house. Location in terms of Fishguard is great - Co-op is literally a one minute walk away and is a reasonable size, so good for likely holiday needs. No parking at the house but plenty around - we parked in the car park which was £15 for the week but did find we could have found street parking just up the hill if we wanted. The house was really well equipped and everything was very well thought out. Welcome gifts were appreciated, and plenty of information supplied about the house, appliances, and things to do in the area. We enjoyed the way the history of the house had been integrated into a light and modern home. Would definitely recommend if staying in Fishguard.

Just set up the More Than Dog Friendly pack for all our furry guests. Lots of information about where to go and some essentials. Including a collar tags giving address of The Old Police House. In the Doggy cupboard there are bowls and towels and maybe a few treats.

It’s been a very busy summer at The Old Police House, we would like to thank all our guests for staying. They have all told us they had a lovely time and enjoyed their stay.
