This Page is to keep everyone informed of the fitness retreats that take place in Puerto Rico featuring Zumba® Fitness, Yoga, XCO®, Boot Camp and other forms of exercise while having fun! There are also other nature activities such as hiking, snorkeling, etc. and just a good all time for the entire family.

Estan listos para esta ZIN Jam Session en Puerto Rico? ZJ
Melissa Carias y ZJ Caressa James, ambas presentadoras en la Convencion de Zumba, estan super excitadas de llegar a la Isla y compartir sus coreografias con ustedes.
Esta session sera Bilingue! Melissa es original de Honduras y Caressa es de Estados Unidos pero con sabor latino, asi que es la mezcla perfecta.
