On the first floor of each home you will enjoy 4 bedrooms (2 kings - which face the Gulf and 2 queens which face North), 4 full baths, an amazing great room, a covered deck, kitchen, large living and dining rooms, and a bonus 200 square foot open sun deck!! On the top floor of each home you will be amazed by the 2 King front master suites with baths with unrivaled view of the Gulf. Imagine being able to wake up and walk right out onto your own private balcony from one of the 2 Master suites and enjoy the Gulf! Or being able to sit out in the evening sipping your favorite drink watching the sun creep below the water. Talk about ultimate relaxation! The top floors of each home also feature a bonus game room with 2 full sized Murphy beds, a pool table, and a Cable TV to complete the ultimate package for indoor fun! Of course, Dauphin Island is all about relaxation - but for those who need to check into the 'real world' once in a while - both homes are equipped with wireless internet and cable TV. All linens are included with rental. Amenities in each home include : dishwasher, 2 washers and 2 dryers (1 on each level), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, phone, stereo, ice maker. All 8 televisions will have cable. Island Fever includes a ramp for handicapped accessibility and a large handicapped accessible bathroom on the first floor.
