This is what hurricane prep looks like when you are staying at an all inclusive resort.

Stock up on drinks and snacks, fill your tub, charge your devices, get ice, grab extra towels, bring in your patio furniture, and most importantly STAY CALM and STAY INSIDE. Don’t be an idiot.

😎 If only my weekend was going to have THIS kind of a view! While my weekend view will be the Target back to school aisle, I 1000% wish it was full of the gorgeous turquoise waters of Disney’s Castaway Cay. 🏖️ Sun on my face, toes in the sand and a cold concoction in my hand is my dream weekend. What is your weekend reality looking like and what would be your dream come true weekend?

🚢✈️Cruise vacations are all about me and we time! On board you will find fantastic adult only areas to enjoy and explore to unwind, unplug and recharge your own batteries. The kids will be crazy about the Disney Cruise Line kids clubs and will want to spend every second there. When you CAN tear your kids away, there are also loads of fantastic shows and activities for you to do as a family.

🏖️ Once you get off the ship in Castaway Cay, there are STILL amazing things for the whole crew INCLUDING a first come, first serve kids club AND a blissful adults only beach area adequately named, “Serenity Bay.” What do you think you would love the most about a DCL vacation if you’ve never sailed before? For our Castaway Club Members, what keeps you coming back again and again for DCL vacations? 🤔

🤷‍♀️💵How do you feed a family in Walt Disney World when trying to stay on some semblance of a budget? Two words: Via Napoli. 🇮🇹🍕In this gem of the World Showcase, your family can feast on a delicious pizza that is pretty much the size of your entire table. We aren’t talking take out pizza or cheesy chain pizza, this is the good stuff and in an authentically Italian atmosphere that will inspire you break out your best Godfather impression. 📸 Via Napoli fans, drop a pic in the comments of those monstrous pizzas for the naysayers to get their pepperonis knocked off! It’s unbelievable! 😱

🫢🎉Picky eaters unite! You CAN still enjoy EPCOT’s World Showcase, have a nice meal and not have to budge from your comfort zone. It’s easy to see “World Showcase”, look at some of the restaurant menus and think your picky eater would rather starve. 🏃‍♀️Make tracks to Via Napoli in the Italy pavilion and order up a pizza that will be twice the size of their head. 🇮🇹🍕Not only will they love the taste but they will marvel at the super sized pie for the rest of your vacation! 🤔 What is your go-to EPCOT dining spot if you have a pickier eater in your house?

🥨🍟🍿Snacks are THE most important food group of any Disney vacation, it’s a scientifically proven fact. With so many great snacks to choose from, which do you lean into first? 🍰 Are you more of the kind of snacker who lets their sweet tooth call the shots? 🥨Or are you savory all the way, every day?

⭐️🎢Disney California Adventure Park isn’t goofing around when it comes to snacks-they are going for a GOLD in the snack Olympics! 🥇 With so many sweet and savory options, it’s hard to choose the standout, but I’d have to award the medal to those 🦞Lobster Nachos at Lamplight Lounge. We just don’t have those at our East Coast counterpart and I’ll never understand why! 🤔What snack do you most covet from the West Coast options that Disneyland and DCA serve up and Walt Disney World doesn’t?

🫣🌟Sometimes, just like in traditional families when you have two siblings close in age, one tends to unintentionally over shadow the other. Same goes for sister resorts Yacht and Beach Club. ⛱️Disney’s Beach Club rolls off guests’ tongues more frequently, gets asked about a little more often and maybe feels a little flashier, a little more exciting. ⚓️Don’t be so quick to overlook the equally lovely, loaded with fantastic amenities Yacht Club side. This beauty feels sophisticated while still laid back and welcoming. The waterfront views scream for her nautical vibe and you can still fall out of your room into the “Kitchen Sink” at Beaches & Cream. 🍦What do you love most about Disney’s Yacht Club that you think many guests may miss altogether?

🍳Come for the brunch at Ale & Compass in Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and then as soon as you get home, book that bounceback offer for a stay here on your very next Disney vacation. 🎉 Tucked away in the awesome EPCOT resort area, this nautical themed Deluxe Resort has great (and underrated) dining and a location within walking distance to TWO great parks. 😌 I love the quiet, peaceful atmosphere here while feeling a little like the cool rich dude from Gilligan’s Island. 👨‍✈️(Anyone remember Thurston Howell?) Day 9: Farewell Dinner under Poseidon's Temple

After an incredible journey with (10 guests and 6 crew), our time was coming to an end.

Our charter was closed out with a fantastic farewell dinner at sunset under Poseidon's Temple. We shared our favorite memories and highlights from the trip while enjoying great food and company.

To close out the trip, Brian, Katharine, and I jumped into the sea one last time in our white outfits. So fun!
