Merplex embraces environmental sustainability and the reduction and if possible, the elimination of any impacts on the nearby habitat, water ways and the environment. To achieve these objectives, Merplex stringent measures have been put in place to achieve pollution minimisation, ecological sustainability, water management, energy efficiency management and resource and waste management. Merplex energy efficiency management will include the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions which results in the reduction of the maintenance and energy costs when carrying out works. CHARITY

Merplex in the past and presently is active in providing charity to the organisations that help the less fortunate in our community. Merplex has various initiatives and provides financial support in a way of donations and sponsorships. Merplex also participates in sporting and fundraising events which are organised by various government departments and community groups which raise awareness and financial aid to a variety of different charitable organisations. Merplex puts particular emphasis and supports organisations that help people with cancer, disabilities, depression, homeless, mentally ill, orphanages, child abuse victims and the elderly. Merplex donates to organisations such as the cancer council, caritas, world vision, our lady of snows, westmead hospital (children ward) and nursing homes around the country.
