CEAS-WEMN WEMN connects women students
majoring in engineering or computer science with female mentors who are Who? What? Why? What to Expect?

Sophomore, Junior, Senior, and Graduate level female students enrolled in the College
of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The Women in Engineering Mentoring Network (WEMN) connects women students
majoring in engineering or computer science with female mentors who are professionals
working in the industry. Mentors support you and help you to learn more about your
career choice as well as providing

networking experiences and answering questions. Studying engineering and computer science can be a major transition from high school
to college. This program seeks to help you select a career path, juggle classes, complete
homework assignments, build new relationships, and even search for internships. Receive advice from a professional woman who is working in your field of study. Someone who is willing to answer your questions and share what she has learned from
her own job in the engineering or computer science fields.
