Danube Source2Sea We have made this page so you can keep up to date with our Danube Source2Sea expedition. We will map our progress on our website and on this page.

The Danube is the second longest river in Europe at 1785 miles long, and passes through 10 countries! It flows from the Black Forest in Germany into Austria before continuing through Slovakia, Hungary,Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Moldavia, Romania, Ukraine and finally emptying into the Black Sea via the Danube Delta. Our plan is to canoe in homemade plywood canoes in which we will be un-supported ca

rrying all the equipment we may need. We estimate that it will take around 2 months to complete the journey; hopefully allowing enough extra time to explore our surroundings and the 4 capital cities, that we will pass through en route. We aim to film as much of the trip as possible, as well as writing a blog on our experiences and journey. We hope you will follow us on our little journey and share in some of the fun.
