We'll travel anywhere to hunt down cool & unusual items that will can add to own collection, restore or use to swap or sell to other keen collectors. From Garage & Yard Sales to Swap Meets to Clearance, Deceased & Farm sales. We knock on strangers doors & we rely on our trusty binoculars to ID 'stuff' that's sitting way off

the road in paddocks. We've been known to leave on a road trip at a moments notice to drive a 2,000 mile round trip simply because we heard a whisper that there was 'something somewhere'

A GMC truck we picked up today.

1958 GMC 100 Fleetside
This is s true, unmolested survivor. Was in use until a few years ago when the original owner passed & it was put into storage.
Still fitted with its original 248 straight 6 and 4 speed.
It starts, runs, drives and stops.
The only work done in the past 20 years was an engine freshen up, new interior seat trim and wood panel tub flooring replacement.
Leave it how it sits with the patina or use it to build your own.
This will take very little to get it on the road in Australia with Historic registration.
Has original title

Note to self, occasionally check the fuel gauge.
Ran out of gas (LPG) so had to get towed to a fuel station. First time in 37 years.

Yarra Valley Towing & RACV came to the rescue with their rollback.
Much appreciated.
