Wondering if you could post this
Anonymously? As I want to see what people opinions are on this subject.

Not throwing shade at , in particular the road policing unit. The two coppers that i came into contact with earlier were professional, kind and with a wee bit banter thrown in.

This white unmarked car drove in front of my car. On the back windscreen a sign was flashing with the instructions "Follow me" my immediate reaction was..what the heck and absolutely no way am I following that car! 🤣🤦‍♀️
The white car was actually an unmarked police car! Upon realising that I wasn't following the car as per its instruction..said police car turned on its lights and the familiar sound of "Nee naw" was racing behind me. Police officers pulled me over and told me to head to a safe parking place. I was given a light lecture about not following the instructions!
The reason why I got stopped is completely my fault and a genuine error and I'll take the consequences on the chin and lesson learned.
But the reason for this post is to highlight the "follow me sign" I wasn't aware the police even did this? I also feel that it's a potential security concern for vulnerable people, I.e, what if criminals start using these signs to lure lone females to do something unthinkable or stealing your car? Am I being overly sensitive to this sign situation?
