Since our humble beginnings in 2004, Good News Handicrafts has steadily grown from our home state of Oklahoma to now covering a large part of Southeast and Southern United States. Our methods are quite simple. Our field-based employees travel extensively t
o international markets, learn the local customs and language, and build relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and very often the manufacturers themselves to ensure the best rates for our customers. In the handicraft business, there is not one middle-man, but products typically go through many hands before they reach the shelves in U.S. With each hand that products pass through, prices go up. We also reduce overhead dramatically by expecting our field-based employees to not only operate as Buying Agents in international markets, but also be in charge of Marketing products and Recruiting hosts for sales in the U.S. Our employee’s ability to find great quality products at the cheapest rates, along with their responsibility to see that products are sold determine the profit margin made.
