Todays post is a little more somber today, but I think it is an important topic to talk. I see many travel posts about seeing all the usual tourist attractions, whether it be London Bridge or Eiffel Tower, but I do not see many posts focusing on the historic aspect of travel and the ones that do only seem to focus on the positive aspects of it. Have you ever gotten in a taxi and driven 2 hours away from your hotel and city? Did you taxi driver not speak english? I did. While staying in Thailand, Daniel and I wanted to visit Ayutthaya because it had some fascinating ruins there. But being Thailand, the public transport system was not reliable or ideal.
