Santa Lucia is a wonderful two storey medieval farmhouse that has been lovingly converted into a beautiful summer villa complete with large swimming pool, terraces and pergolas for outdoor dining, gardens and incredible views across the countryside to the hilltop village of Lippiano. One of the highlights is the traditional bread/pizza oven built into the walls of the house. The main upper storey

is available for rental (the lower storey is where we keep our family storage so no one will be staying here) and has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. It comprises three double bedrooms (1 ensuite), main bathroom, a large living area with open fire place, TV with streaming capability, DVD player and wide selection of English language films, full kitchen, separate dining area and terrace for al fresco dining. Extensive parking.

Finished and it’s looking so much neater.

Super happy with the new pool surround. Just the grouting to go now and thankfully the weather is cooperating.
