The Aviation Journal Aviation has been with me all my life. This journal will document my thoughts and experiences in aviation. I also hold a Transport Canada Private Pilot Licence.

There is so much to learn in this industry and I will share my learning experiences here. I hope others will give me their thoughts as well after reading my posts. I have worked in different aviation sectors including both airports and airline management. Are airports monopolies?

Airports have long realized that they cannot depend on airlines to bring in revenue and passenger traffic to them alone. Many of these airports are developing into a maga-intermodal city where they can create the airport as a destination in its own right and not only because you are travelling on a flight.
