Loula lash extensions are semi-permanent, lasting up to 4-6 weeks depending on the life cycle of your own natural lashes. With regular maintenance you will extend the time you can keep your lashes. I recommend 2-3 weekly top ups. Like your nail and your hair on your head. Eyelash extensions are designed to replicate and bond to one’s natural eyelash. Single synthetic fibre thread-like materials are applied to individual eyelashes to create a fuller, natural, longer look. *Do not try to remove the eyelash extensions on your own

1. Q: Do eyelash extensions make your natural lashes fall out? A: Eyelash extensions don’t make your lashes fall out. Your lashes go through a lift cycle on average of between 60 – 90 days and they all grow individually at different stages losing on average 1 – 3 lashes per day. You’re more aware of the lashes coming out when you have the extensions purely because your lashes are more noticeable.
2. Q: When my eyelash extensions came out, my natural lashes came with them, should this happen? A: Some people worry when they see an eyelash extension come out with one of their eyelashes attached to it. Eyelash extensions are designed to stay on your lashes until your natural lash falls out, so when you see an extension come out with one of you lashes on it, don’t worry that’s exactly what’s supposed to happen, unless of course if you catch the extension and pull it out prematurely.
3. Q: Why do my natural eyelashes look shorter than before when I stopped having eyelash extensions? A: You’ve been used to having beautiful eyelash extensions, so when u
don’t have them, it’s always going to make your natural lashes appear much shorter than before.
4. Q: Are lash extensions put on every single lash? A: I avoid putting extensions on a baby lashes as they are too young to take the weight, other wise i work on every other lash.
5. Q: Can i have them if i wear contact lenses? A: yes, there is no problem for customers who wear contact lenses; however we recommend you remove contact lenses before having eyelash extensions applied and for the duration of the treatment.
6.Q:For how long can i wear the lashes ? A: loula lash extensions can be worn for as long as you want to wear them.My only recommendation is that a fresh set is applied every 10-12 weeks.
7. Q:Can I wear mascara? A: You won’t have to, If desired you can wear a non-waterproof on the lower lashes but remember to use an eye makeup remover that contains no oil.
8 .Q:I had eyelash extensions applied a few days ago and a few lashes have fallen out - why? A: you can loose 3-5 natural lashes daily, but often they fall out UN-noticed unless they fall into your eye, but when eyelash extensions are applied we are more aware of loosing them as we know the extensions are there plus they are longer, darker and thicker, so loosing some is totally normal.
