#1 Q: Do you get a discount on your products?
A: YES - And it's a pretty good one! We get 25% off all product purchases.
AND we get to write it all off on our taxes, which is huge!

#2 Q: Is this a Pyramid Scheme?
A: Before I answer, let me just say that this one makes me giggle (and is offensive (in a funny way) seeing as I'm an intelligent person and would not be involved with an illegal Ponzi scheme.) Definition of a Pyramid Scheme: "An unsustainable business model that involves promising participants payment for services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public." To be clear: Rodan + Fields is a company that sells a consumable product (go ahead - read that definition again). We have a very loyal customer base + over 60% of our revenue comes from customers. We are also members of the DSA (Direct Selling Association - and, psst, they don't let in Pyramid Schemes). We were given the RISING STAR AWARD, which is the highest award in the industry. And we were just named the 4th largest Premium skincare company in the U.S. -- and the fastest growing. Want the short answer? That would be "NO."

#3 Q: How are you compensated?
A: Our compensation plan is extremely fair and generous. It’s designed to reward both part-time and full-time efforts with the opportunity to earn immediate and residual income.

#4 Q: Is there a quota to meet?
A: NO. We do not have quotas... And you can't get fired (smile). You can sell zero product and still be an R+F consultant. That said, you will always be paid if you are selling product.

#5 Q: Is there start up costs.
