We are a full service musician recruitment agency for the cruise line industry offering zero-commission full time gigs at sea for qualified musicians.

Based in the UK but with consultants around the world, we source and recruit musicians and bands for full time gigs with some of the largest cruise lines in the world. Unlike many other agencies, most of the gigs we book are commission free so we won't take a penny of your earnings from you if we get you a gig. We recruit musicians from all over the world and currently have consultants in New York
