Position Type: Independent Contractor (On-Call)
Job Title: Cleaner
Salary Status: $70 to $120 per job
Job Description : We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Cleaners who prides themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of cleanliness and provide creative solutions to our guests. The ideal Cleaner will be responsible to facilitate the guest’s arrival and departure by streamlining the operation and communication within the Front Office and other departments, ensuring every guest stay will become a memorable experience . You must also help in coordinating and improve the general administrative function as assign by the company. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in Cleaner jobs. You must be motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment. This position should also be flexible in the tasks to be accomplished and have a willingness to learn new skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Cleaning the Property
- Trash Disposal
- Delivering Gift Baskets
- Restocking Supplies
- Purchasing and Managing Stock
- Inventory
- Reporting and Resolving Guest and Property Issues
- Laundry pick up and delivery
- Responding to Emergencies (House calls)
- Responsible for providing high level of customer service to every guest
- Promptly respond to scheduling and payroll questions from Guest Experience Manager and forward suggestions
- Comments and complaints to management in order for issues to be addressed expeditiously.
- Other duties as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager
