Je m'appelle Michelle et je propose des hébergements de vacances dans des propriétés privées à L'Estartit, sur la Costa Brava, en Espagne.🏖
Je vis et travaille à L'Estartit depuis 1988, donc je connais assez bien la région!👌
Je dirige une petite agence de location, où je suis fière d'offrir à mes propriétaires et à mes locataires un service personnalisé. Je suis disponible si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit tout au long de votre séjour, et je me ferai un plaisir de vous aider et de vous donner des conseils si nécessaire.☺️
Je fais moi-même toutes les réservations, je m’occupe de l’entretien, du nettoyage et de tout ce qui est essentiel à votre séjour. J’accueille les vacanciers. Avec un peu d'aide de mon fils de 14 ans, quand on peut le convaincre!💪😅
Je ne dirige pas une grande agence impersonnelle, où vous n'êtes qu'un numéro de référence. Je me soucie de chacun de mes clients et propriétaires et je traite les propriétés comme je le ferais pour la mienne. Ma priorité est de veiller à ce que tout se passe le mieux possible et que les clients passent de belles vacances et en profitent tellement qu'ils souhaitent revenir!😁

Mi nombre es Michelle y ofrezco alojamiento vacacional en propiedades privadas en L’Estartit, Costa Brava, España. 🏖
He vivido y trabajado en L’Estartit desde 1988, ¡así que conozco la zona a la perfección!👌
Gestiono una pequeña agencia de alquiler en la que me enorgullezco, sobre todo, de brindar a mis propietarios y clientes un servicio personalizado.
Siempre estoy a su disposición por cualquiera necesidad que puedan tener durante su estancia y estoy encantada de ayudar y orientarles cuando sea necesario.
Me ocupo personalmente de las reservas, la limpieza de las propiedades, la recepción y el check-in de los huéspedes, el mantenimiento y, en definitiva, cualquier otra cosa que se requiera. Eso sí, en las vacaciones escolares cuento con la ayuda de mi hijo de 14 años (¡cuando se le puedo convencer!)😅
Lo que no ofrezco es una gran agencia impersonal, donde los clientes representan poco más que un número de referencia. Al contrario, me preocupo por cada uno de mis clientes y propietarios, y cuido a las propiedades como si fueran mías. 🤗
Mi prioridad es asegurarme de que todo salga lo mejor posible y que mis clientes pasen unas vacaciones maravillosas y disfruten tanto que quieran volver.😃

🇬🇧 Welcome to A1 Rentals Estartit.
But what /who exactly am I? What do I do?!.....

My name is Michelle, and I offer holiday accommodation in privately owned properties in L´Estartit, Costa Brava, Spain.🏖
I have lived and worked in L Estartit since 1988, so know the area pretty well! 👌

I am a small rental agency, where I pride on giving my owners and guests a personal service. I am on call if you should require anything throughout your stay, and happy to help and give any advice if I am needed.

I do all the reservations, clean the properties, meet the guests, maintenance and basically anything else that is required, myself. With a little help from my 14 year old son, when he can be persuaded!💪

I am not an impersonal large agency, where you are just a reference number. I care about everyone of my clients and owners, and treat the properties, as I would my own. I make it my priority to ensure that all goes as smoothly as possible and guests have a lovely holiday and enjoy it so much, that they want to return!☺️

We are visiting the Medas Park apartments in L'Estartit once again.😁

Ideal holiday apartment for all ages, but especially families with children.

These apartments, in the complex Medas Park, are hugely popular. Many clients come back each summer, they enjoy their stay so much!😊
A huge plus, is they are just 150 metres from the beach🏖 and a short walking distance to the old town of L’Estartit, and the many bars 🍹, restaurants and shops.🛍

I have a few different apartments in this building, but today I am introducing you to Medas Park "4" 🏠. It has recently been beautifully renovated, and is situated on the ground floor, overlooking the grassed sunbathing area. Just metres from the clean, well maintained swimming pool.

An ideal location for a relaxing holiday, and comes highly recommended, just check out my reviews on my website!

The schools are closed, so I am taking the opportunity to enjoy a very nice meal with my son (and 🐕!) at one of our many local restaurants here in L'Estartit. First course Calçots, delicious, even if a bit messy!!! 🤦‍♀️😅

Had a fun time today doing the "Escape Room Pastorets" around the streets of Torroella de Montgri. Including being decorated like a Christmas Tree🎄 by Jamie, my son!!! 🤣 Happy Christmas everybody 🎅🏿🤶
