Another podium for Windbreaker Griffin Easter!

3rd place for Griffin in Stage 11 at the Vuelta a Colombia Oficial! Griffin was able to keep position when the pack thinned out on the closing climb, moved up as the finish neared and sprinted to a strong 3rd place finish! *Crazy side note, even though there was ~8km of climbing in the last 10km, the riders kept an incredibly high average speed of 48.5kph for 198km - that translates to ~30mph for ~123 miles!

Windbreaker on the podium! Way to go Griff!!!!

Winner! So awesome to see Griffin win Stage 6 at the Vuelta a Colombia Oficial. Griffin broke away early in the 237km stage and then after over six and half hours of racing was able to outsprint the others at the end to take the victory. This is Griffin's first UCI win and we couldn't be more proud of him!

Dedication! Griffin started racing road bikes while he was a student at Fort Lewis College and competed in his first international UCI stage race South Africa in 2014. Fast forward 3 years and he is now an experienced professional competing at the Tour De Taiwan國際自由車環台公路大賽 for the second time.

Congratulations to young Windbreaker Griffin Easter who finished 18th at this weekend's US Cycling Professional Road Championship! Griff was one of a group of "big hitters that came out to play early" and set the pace. Congrats also to Cullen Easter who also raced despite an injured pelvis. Way to represent!

Griffin looked solid at the Joe Martin Stage Race last week in Arkansas and showed good leadership skills guiding a young team through the 4-day race. Next up for the California native is the Tour d'Azerbaidjan which starts in less than 2 weeks! / photo Ethan Glading
