Per Disney Destinations: “COVID‑19 has been a constantly evolving situation, and for nearly two years, we’ve been very intentional and gradual in our approach to COVID‑19 health and safety protocols. Given recent community trends and the availability of vaccines, we are positioned to responsibly adjust our health and safety protocols for fully vaccinated Guests. Beginning Thursday, February 17, the following health and safety updates will be in place at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.

Face coverings will be optional for fully vaccinated Guests in both outdoor and indoor locations. Guests who are not fully vaccinated are expected to continue wearing face coverings in all indoor locations, including indoor attractions and theaters.

❗️Face coverings are still required by all Guests (ages 2 and up) on enclosed Disney transportation, including Disney buses, monorails, and Disney Skyliner.”

Hey Everyone!! This week I will be out of the office attending my travel agencies retreat where I will be learning all the latest and greatest information from some of our top traveled brands. We had the opportunity to stay at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort for the first family trip to Universal Orlando Resort. The resort is a fun place with 2 pools. One has a slide and one has a lazy river. They have sand as well which the girls liked. They also have a bowling alley which we didn't get the chance to experience. The room was clean, but it needs a refresh as the carpet had seen better days. This resort is walking distance to volcano Bay and just a short bus ride to the theme parks. I'm a huge harry potter nerd and I love how immersed you are in the books here at Universal Orlando Resort. Both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade are my tops two places to visit. We probably spent half of our trip here just taking everything in.

Visited Universal's Volcano Bay Water Park today. Had a great time, but it was challenging to find things for my kiddo under 42". The pool, lazy river and kiddy area were her only things. The kid area was awesome though. If you have kids who are over 54" and under 42" I don't think I could recommend this park though. There are only a handful of things you could do as a family.
