This year’s not-so-scary event will begin on Aug. 9 and take place on select nights through Oct. 31 at Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort.

Tickets are on sale for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels on May 8. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale May 15.

The Halloween party dates for 2024 are:

I’ve been getting asked a lot lately - what Disney hotel is my favorite to stay at? 🤷🏻‍♀️

My safe answer is - it depends on the trip. But it really does & is often based on who I’m traveling with, what our goals are, how long of a trip, the budget… it all weighs in. And with a so many onsite resort options, I can be happy at so many. Sometimes one is better for one kind of trip- for example, a villa is fantastic for holiday trips because we have a living space to hang out it. An adult only vacation may include somewhere with a concierge lounge and lots of quiet pool options to hang at or something close to Disney Springs if we’re spending a lot of time there. Anything with easy Epcot access is a win for me!

So what’s REALLY my first choice for a Walt Disney World vacation? 🌟Disney’s Riviera Resort!! 🌟The variety or rooms offered- the Tower Studio, Deluxe Studio, and 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms villas! Perfect for any size travel party from the solo traveler all the way through the extended family trip!

Why is this my favorite?
• The entire vibe. Yes that’s a real answer! The resort is themed after the magic of Europe that Walt Disney fell in love with when traveling.
• I’m putting the background music as a separate reason because I’m obsessed with it and listen to it all the time at home. 🎧
• the space and layout of the villas is fantastic it’s both efficient & gorgeous.
• the proximity to Epcot in Hollywood Studios. Both were short skyline ride away. 🚡
• the dining options let’s talk first about La petite Café, which has amazing coffee, drinks, and pastries ☕️🥐
• other dining options, include Bar Riva, Primo Piatto, and Topolino, all which are fantastic.
• the resort lawn games- we have spent many hours at the bocce court! There’s chess and corn hole and more.
• the fireworks view - you can see Epcot’s nighttime show from Topolino’s or your room if you’re lucky. 🎆
• the views of the property and Caribbean Beach Resort - dawn and dusk are spectacular
• the activity center. There’s crafts to make and games to play

These are all reasons why it’s a great fit for my family! We take in the whole resort experience when we visit! 🖤❤️💛
