My most recent review from a beautiful couple from Spain looking at Clemson for grad school: (I had to figure out how to have it translated) The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Communication was fast and smooth. We had a problem and Randall fixed it. Highly recommended.

While I would never allow someone into the rental space once someone has arrived, there are plenty of times a renter communicates what time they will arrive which would allow me to give tours of the rental before or after they leave. If you are traveling to Clemson for a game and would like to schedule a tour on your way into town or possibly out of town please let me know!

Coming soon... a 24’ camper option for rent! First option will be in the back section of my yard with full hookup and eventually I will have the option to tow it to the campground of your choice for a full setup and breakdown before and after your camping reservations. Complete with a grill and outdoor chairs for your camping experience! Pretty excited about this new option for my guest!!!

Some great information about the local lakes in the upstate which I absolutely suggest letting me help you see in person or take a guided tour! Breathtaking views and so many fun options for a great experience!

There are three sun-dappled jewels in the Upstate that draw tens of thousands of visitors every year: lakes Hartwell, Keowee and Jocassee.

New outdoor lighting for the grilling patio and new furniture coming soon! The weather is only getting nicer for hanging out outside and I think I saw some leaves starting to change colors today.
