Our page is a scratch on the surface - visit FlyFishBlog.com! Welcome to FlyFishBlog.com We are a group of “normal” guys from the Rocky Mountains that are addicted to fly fishing. When we are not working at our banking, legal, or sales jobs, we are planning our next fly fishing trip. Our experience ranges from 5 to 30 years in Alaska, Arizona, Montana, California, Utah, Colorado, New Mexi
co, Texas, Idaho, New York, Massachusetts, Hawaii and British Columbia. To the dismay of our families, fly fishing consumes our thoughts and everything about us. You would undoubtedly find more flies than coins in the cupholders and nooks of our trucks. Not surprisingly, we have also fished with some of the worst guides (but those ended with the best stories – ask us about British Columbia sometime). We know reputable guides who know what it takes for everyone to get into fish while having a great time. We fish the best water at the best time of year. Not all rivers are created equal, and conditions at those rivers change throughout the season. Flows change, hatches change, temperatures change, but we know when and where to find the fish. As much as we enjoy fishing, we equally enjoy taking people on their first, tenth or thirtieth fishing trip. Watching someone land a life-changing silver salmon on a fly rod for the first time is a memorable moment for everyone involved. It is better than crack (not that we know anything about that).
