We at Vacation Rentals Beach Properties are taking the Coronavirus very seriously. We are taking extra measures to make sure that our office and properties are even more sanitized and ready for our guest's arrival. We are ready.

We have advised our employees and housekeepers to follow the public health authorities' guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel. We are encouraging employees and housekeepers who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional.

There is a tremendous amount of misinformation being spread, particularly on the Internet and through some social media channels, so please use trusted sources of information such as the CDC, World Health Organization, and national news organizations to stay informed with the latest information.

Good Afternoon to All Homeowners and Guests,

We are currently under a hurricane watch and the Emergency Management office plans to make an announcement regarding evacuation of the island at 6 AM tomorrow. Their number is 904-824-5550. We have refunded all guests 100% that were to arrive Thursday and Friday. Winds are projected to exceed 70mph on Friday with possible hurricane force winds at the coastline. The closest shelter is at Pedro Menendez High School. This is located on Hwy 206, about a half mile west of Highway 1. We have been doing our best to "button up" our properties on our management program and will be closed on Friday for sure and possibly leaving early tomorrow. We will make every effort to update owners on the changing weather conditions and encourage owners to follow news coverage closely.
