A jewel of colonial architecture, this private villa is most certainly one of the most beautiful properties on the Island, with a breathtaking 180 degree ocean view and grounds of just under two acres. The villa is on the Dutch side of the island and is only 5 minutes from the French side. It has spectacular ocean and mountain views on the Dutch side. Resting on one and half acres with security and a gated entrance.
Two full bathrooms plus another 1/2 bath comes complete with towels and all bathroom amenities. There is plenty of onsite parking, free wi-fi, cable, and an Olympic size private pool.
There is a large private balcony and cabana, where you can relax in the secluded splendor of tropical luxury. The villa is eco-friendly, allowing the continuous ocean breezes to flow throughout the house, supplemented by ceiling fans in every room. It is on a very large tropical lot for your privacy and security. It is fully stocked with modern amenities for your comfort and relaxation.
