YOUR ARE THE PERFECT AGE TO TRAVEL…
You are the perfect age to travel if you are in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s or older with a few exceptions. The minimum age can vary.

Most cruise ships require that you are at least 21 years or older to travel alone. Some hotels allow you to book a room if you are at least 18 years old while other brands may require you to be at least 21 years old, which if the legal driving age in most destinations.

However, if you are under 21 (Yes this applies to 18 to 20 year olds) you must share a room with a parent, guardian, or person who is at least 25 years old (not 21) on some cruise lines. It is importance to know the rules before you buy.

It is a fact, cruise lines can deny boarding with no refund or compensation if you book a cruise for a person or yourself if they or you are under the age limit required. We always recommend that you ask the minimum age limits before you book you if you or a client is under 21. It pays to work with a certified travel advisor to help reduce the stress of facing a denied boarding experience.

THROWBACK TRAVEL TREASURES
Travel experiences are so beneficial to your overall mental ands physical health. They can ignite precious euphoric memories many years later.

As an example, this picture brings back memories of our time traveling to Hawaii when we purchased our first matching outfits over 20 years ago before the picture was taken. The picture was taken over ten years ago at another location.

It was such a special time because we were finally becoming closer to what God expected us to be in our marriage. The matching outfits were a symbolic purchase of our goal of becoming one, instead of two headstrong people striving for their own individual way under one rooftop.

Unfortunately neither one of us can wear them any more. They actually shrunk over time (LOL). But we still have them as a treasured memory.

This story really touched my heart when one of my new clients and sisters in Christ from church here in Virginia expressed that she wanted to take her 84 year old grandmother on a cruise. I said to her, "let's do it," and we made it happen.

Her grandmother had never been on a cruise and that was one of her dream vacations. As a result they are going on another cruise next year with more family members joining them.

Each and every day we do not have to look for a reason to get mad, upset, angry, irritated, or frustrated. Why is that? Why do negative emotions create such a quick response time and we have to work hard to be or stay positive? What are your thoughts? The saddest part about those negative emotions is many times they are either focused on people we love the most or those we do not even personally know. Let’s flip the script.

Let’s do like the good book tells us to do and focus on the things that are pure, lovely, and a good report. We have so much to be thankful for to begin with life, the opportunities to see the sunrise and the sunset. and the opportunity to have eternal life. Wow! Regardless of our circumstances we can definitely find reasons to smile, to laugh, to love, and to be thankful.
