Hi guys! I love to travel but I think I decided I don't like writing blogs. ;) (and really where do these people find the time to write so much? I'm either planning travel or actually, you know...traveling) However...one thing I do like is making videos! And actually this accomplishes 2 things.
1- I can share travel tips and how I used my miles and points with you.
B- I am creating videos and storing them for my son to remember our trips for the rest of his life.
So this is my first attempt. I feel like I should mention a few things. First of all - I apologize for not wearing make up in most of my videos. I rarely wear makeup when I travel. (or when I'm home) I also don't travel in furs and pearls, drink champagne and eat caviar. No. I'm a real person. My hair gets messy, I wear leggings and yoga pants, I drink coke and eat burgers. So what you will see in my videos is me. Raw and unfiltered.
I'm also going to tell you what I paid for things. It's not boasting or bragging, but merely showing you that it can be done. Hopefully you know that travel does not have to be expensive. So I plan to tell you what I paid for flights, hotels, cars, admissions etc. This can help give you an idea of what a similar trip would cost. I try to make things as cheap as possible.
This first video is Day 1 of our 21 day trip to Australia, Thailand, and Cambodia. I try to keep my videos at 10 minutes or less and I hope to upload at least one video each week. Maybe more. It just depends on how hard they are to edit. I have taken videos of most of our trips for the past 2 years and my goal is to get them all edited and put on youtube. Wish me luck! :)
I appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thanks for watching and especially for still checking out my page.
