I created this page to start small and to offer to draft plans for simple planning applications such as for sheds, decks, fences etc

General information

Drafting service for simple planning applications for a very low fee and includes a copy of your title which is a requirement for all Planning Permit applications. If you require a planning permit for a shed, a sign, a deck, a fence. I can also provide red line plans for liquor licences and floor layout for use permits. My process involves sending you a questionnaire which will provide me the information I need to draw the plans that will allow a smooth and efficient planning application to occur. Fees: $70 for a full set of plans that are required for a planning permit. $20 as an additional fee if the Council requires changes needing to be made to the plans. This will be delivered in PDF format along with a copy of title.
