I had a sigh of relief when I heard Lisa Sasevich start our last coaching call explaining how she launched her multi-million dollar training business during a recession. Happy Valentine’s Day! I believe wanting to be loved and to love is one of the roots of all our desires, feelings, thoughts, and actions. What extra step can you take this Valentine’s Day to share love more than you usually do?
With Valentine's day coming up the common challenge comes up; Do I have a date or not? How do I make this special for my partner? Is my partner going to remember?
Growing up we were not allowed to speak of Valentine's day because of being Jewish but one day about 13 my mother whispered in my ear, "I know we aren't supposed to take about Valentine's Day but I just want to say I love you."
Since then I always felt this day is a reminder to express my love and appreciation to all people I am close with. With this being a month where people are focused on their relationships, I am excited to announce we are going to do a four part series in meditation on How to Love and Be Loved!

Through my own experience of healing from an autoimmune disorder beyond what was expected, the interviews of health and healing professionals turning terminal diagnoses around, and the stories of the capabilities of yoga gurus, I have realized we have so much more potential within our bodies than we realize. Advice on meditation from Paramhansa Yogananda... I would think of "God" here as what we call "self-realization" which means being fully aware of your true self.

Sea lions and seals at the Oregon Coast Aquarium are often rescues and the water in the tanks is real sea water.
