Trebarwith Strand on the Trebarwith Strand to Backways Cove walk

Steepness grade: moderate-strenuous

A short circular walk from the long, sandy beach of Trebarwith Strand to the rugged rocky cove at Backways in which sea foam tornadoes form in windy weather, and returning over the massive headland of Dennis Point with panoramic views of Port Isaac Bay.

Egg thieves! The Bodmin Jail Easter eggs are still to be found around the Jail until 14th April. There might be a few less of them than we originally started with, which just goes to prove you can’t take the criminals out of the Jail. If you’ve nicked our eggs, we’ll crack the case! Give us our eggs back!
