it’s such a beautiful thing to see another woman in her raw, unfiltered expression. witnessing the depth of magic, beauty, and power that beats in every woman’s heart is beyond words. it always makes us teary eyed to see women come together and form new friendships in such a short amount of time. sisterhood is a powerful thing and something that all of us deeply need.

we are consistently amazed by the caliber of women that join us on our retreats and so humbled that we get to do this work.

Full Moon in Libra ⚖️ — A little snippet of a transmission from me + the moon. Let me know how it lands for you🍯 So much more could be said, more angles and perspectives always revealing themselves. When we become okay with not having the full picture, it actually becomes fun. 🌝

Leo season babyyyyy🦁 are we feeling it?! Leo is joy, passion, play, & creativity. Ruled by the sun itself, it is vitality, life force, radiance. During the tenderness of Cancer season we retreated into our shells to feel all that needed be felt. Now during Leo season, it’s time to shine! Take up space, have fun, be seen + celebrated. Leo rules the heart- cor in Latin. Courage. What the lion was searching for in the wizard of Oz. When I feel into the invitation this season I think about the incredible amount of courage that it takes to follow your heart. To live life on your terms, to color outside the lines and live beyond the box of what society has deemed is normal, appropriate, & acceptable. The courage to claim your sovereignty, stand in your power, and not give it away to anyone or anything outside of you. It feels significant that Leo season begins and ends with a Full Moon in Aquarius. We’re being asked to have the courage to lead humanity into a new way— by being ourselves. By rebelling against the mainstream + choosing to listen to what’s alive within our hearts. By speaking up for what we believe in and risking being misunderstood, judged, or cancelled. Leo wants praise but Aquarius dgaf. If the world is going to change, we all need to get comfortable in our sovereignty. Can you have the courage to be yourself in a world that’s constantly telling you who you’re supposed to be? What would it feel like to radiate in your brightest, most authentic expression? Remember- the sun isn’t afraid of blinding anyone. 🌞 {Save this for a little reminder to refer back to over the next month}
