My sista in law has had this patio table for several years and it came with a nice beveled glass top, well needless to say one to many storms without closing the umbrella led to a lot of broken glass to pick up. Knowing to replace with glass was going to be costly we just cut a peice of plywood and screwed it down. Well needless to say again after the plywood weathers it's time to do it again and again and ... You get the picture. This time she had a brilliant idea .... Composite decking. I think it is the best fix yet ..., wish I had thought of it.
