Fortitude Fitness is an Essex based personal training company, no matter what the budget or time constraints we will tailor make an exercise package to help you achieve your fitness goal. If you thought personal training was expensive, we'll prove it's not....our prices start from as little £30 per hour for 1:1 training or £40 per hour for a small group training session (up to 4 people)
Our small

group training sessions are great if you want that personal coaching but you also get to share the price and the pain with your friends! We also run backyard bootcamps, spaces are limited to 6 people per session due to COVID and if you fancy something with a slightly different pace we also offer children and family yoga classes, check out our dedicated YOGO kids page!
