Hi folks, Kev the Plumber has attempted a few emergency calls this morning, he has had to dig van out several times and very nice chap with 4 x 4 even towed van on to main road. But unfortunately the cry was 'surrender' - Dreadful if someone is without heating in this weather. Dear Kev the Plumber, I truly admire your enthusiasm and total dedication to all your customers - they always, always come first. Reading through your many reviews on trustytrades.co.uk & trustys.co.uk more than proves you do your absolute best to deal with jobs in a prompt and timely manner. However - the new radiator as depicted in picture for my living room, has lay in my dining room for over a year now - it was due to be fitted in time for LAST Christmas. It would be very much appreciated if it could be fitted in time for this Christmas! Looking forward to hearing from you in due course. It is with the deepest sadness that our dear friend and Kevin's constant work companion, Peter Walker passed away very suddenly on Friday. Many of you will know Peter. There are no words, other than our thoughts are with his lovely wife Lynne and his beloved daughters, fellow family & friends. Peter lived for his family and was the best Plumber EVER, he just knew everything and was an absolute asset to J W Bennie & Son of Grangemouth - where he worked for 40 years. Peter taught Kev everything he knows and they were such a special wee team - it was always 'Peter & Kev'. Understandably Kevin is utterly devastated and is up visiting Lynne at the moment. Sincere apologies to valued customers old and new. We have been experiencing difficulties with our landline and Internet. As such, we require a brand new BT line to be run.
