Shalom! This is a new, diverse coalition of Olim from every corner of the World and Israelis that support Aliyah. The purpose of this group is to empower, inspire, and support Olim through a series of programs to help them integrate, find jobs, and keep Olim in Israel. r lives for our country. We are very grateful to be in Israel and do not place any blame on any of the groups that brought us here. They are overwhelmed and not to blame. We need immediate help with our post aliyah. We are alarmed at the numbers of Olim leaving Israel due to lack of support and jobs. We are struggling here and too many of us have left. Let's take matters in our own hands and help support one other. Aliyah built this country and a strong foundation of Olim will make Israel a stronger and better country for us all. We who come from Europe, North, South, and Latin America, Africa & Australia make up the beautiful diversity of our amazing homeland. We are "Am Echad"-"One People"
