Spacious Vacation Rental Guest House, independent from the rest of our house. Located in Playacar Phase 2 area of Playa del Carmen is a high end neighborhood with a golf course and is where you can find some of the best hotels of Playa del Carmen .Within walking distance you can find shopping plazas, with coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and with a convenient bike ride you can get to the

heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. This studio has a Queen Size bed, Servi bar with small fridge, sink, full bathroom, closets and a shared pool with the other part of the house. Services included: A/C, Internet, cable tv and cleaning services once a week if needed. We also provide two bikes to so you can ride around the area if you would like. Activities Available

For more adventure, you may want to explore the Mayan archeological ruins of Tulum, Chichen Itza and Coba or the nearby ecological water parks of Xel-Ha and Xcaret. Diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, and jungle tours are also available. Or see a different view of the beach from a Jet Ski or Sea Kayak. Also nearby are the Xaman Ha Aviary and a Championship Golf Course designed by Robert Von Hagge. For Transportation from and too Cancun Airport we suggest a reputable Transfer service that can drop you at our doorstep;-

Welcome to Casa Beards page.

This Spacious Vac/Rental Studio, is located in Playacar Phase 2 Golf Residence. This lovely Studio/Guesthouse is totally independent from the rest of the house which includes the use of the beautiful pool. We have 2 bikes for the use of our guests also.
Our current rate p/n is 40 usd on their booking, for a one month or if longer it will be Monthly rate of $900 usd + Electricity which will be calculated the day before you leave at the coming end of your stay.

"We are currently available for bookings up until December. We will be avaiable again after April 2024".

So if you are looking for a nice quiet & relaxing get away, with restaurants, shops, cafe's, security & a pool too relax in, then look no more, as you will have all that when staying at Casa Beard.

Welcome to Casa Beards face book page. We would like to let you know that currently we have dropped our nightly rate of 44usd a night to 40usd a night for a monthly rate the rate will be 900usd a month plus electric.
