I have been a registered dietitian since 1987. I have worked in-patient and out-patient with pediatric and diabetic patients. Most recently, my passion has been helping Medicaid patients to establish and implement individual nutrition goals. This involved home visits and working together to make small changes that help lead to healthy outcomes. Over the past year I have developed a weight loss cal

endar for people who don't know where to get started and can't imagine changing everything all at once. In the calendar there are 14 goals, chose one to get started. Keep track of how you are doing with your goal and record it on the calendar daily along with your active minutes or steps taken. Once you have achieved your first goal, build on it by choosing your next goal from the calendar. The Create-A-Change Nutrition and Activity calendar is designed to start any year or month. No wasting part of the calendar whatever month you decide to begin. Many people set New Years goals and get discouraged if they are not followed through.
