EF Magnifique Ads and Events is a registered advertising and events company in Cebu City with DTI Permit No. 03502255 There was no formal set-up then.

Photographer and freelance talent manager Ericson M. Jusa started a modeling group last 2012 under his photography business. The group was called PModel Management which stands for (P)Phototrip Model Management (which is the brand name of his photography business.) Jusa’s forte is set on shooting models all over Cebu for compilation of his portfolio. Ever since he started the small business, more

and more models joined the group. Later on, Jusa and his former business partner(s) organized some fashion shows to showcase their models. On May of 2013, Jusa organized the Northside Fashion Runway held at Liloan, Cebu. This was participated by about 20 models. Before the date of the fashion show, Jusa met Fiona Lideza, then a freelance model that also has experience on ramp and make-up. He hired Lideza as the runway coach for the event and as one of the make-up artists and host. After the said event, both Lideza and Jusa collaborated on organizing events. During one of their events, they met a budding talented photography enthusiast, Cheser Abellar, through Lideza’s high school friend, Cheerypie Nebria. Abellar became a new addition to the company. It was then that the name EF Circulo de Modelos was created. ‘E’ standing for Ericson, and ‘F’ for Fiona. The two became the lead heads of the company. The first batch of models was Jusa’s connections. Later on, the company name was changed to EF Magnifique Ads & Events when Jusa, Lideza, and Abellar decided to expand the agency into an advertising company. It was then that the agency standards were set and contracts were produced. Then came the new batch of models. With this expansion, the agency joined various events and fashion shows in Cebu. One in particular, took a major turn on the company’s future. Lideza ramped on the mall wearing designer collections. At that time, an international fashion designer, Toto Tabal, saw her. It was later after the show when Lideza and Tabal collaborated on a shooting project. Finally, Tabal became an official part of the management team.
