Denmark, We just love this little "Cozy" country, voted the happiest people in the world...

In Copenhagen at "Nørrebro" Café " We met through the window" is a Cozy place with a homely atmosphere

In Denmark they are were very well known for their "hygge" that cozy feeling you have when your out with friends, family or that special one, and for sure when visiting "We met through the window" you get just that "hygge" the Danish way.

The Café is owned and run by the couple F***y Louise Gissel Klintø + Marc van Hauenstein and their best friend Emil Myllerup Hansen - who togheter had a dream

The coffee beans are from Guatemala comes from the Copenhagen Coffeelab, for a bright, fresh and floral taste!
The fresh and delicious bread are collect every morning from "Bread Art", and things like vegetables and herbs they get from their local "grower" Hassan, not to forget the cheeses are always quality French.

They say! With us there is room for everyone, here are quiet to study, space to meet with friends, tables for one where you can immerse yourself in the daily newspaper, or maybe even create a relationship.

All in all, they have a place that is there for you. "Enjoy"

A lake of unusual talents in Mayanmar.

Myanmar’s peaceful Inle Lake - is the second largest in the country and is surrounded by mountains and clusters of colorful floating homes.

The Intha fishermen, who expertly maneuvered their tiny wooden boats by rowing with one leg, is a skill, unique to the Inle Lake and takes a high level of balance, agility and strength.

The fishermen have to determine the right amount of pressure to put on their free leg, while their other leg steers, turns and uses the oar to slow the boat down.

Around 200,000 people lives in the area, which includes various Myanmar ethnicity, but the Intha or “lake people” as they are called, make up the majority of the population.

It's believed this rowing practice dates back to the 12th Century, but the exact origins of this one-legged rowing practice are still a mystery.

It have likely survived for hundreds of generations because of its distinct advantages. The upright position allow the fishermen to see across the lake and spot dense hyacinth weeds just below the surface, where fish could be hiding.

The fishermen were also able to keep close watch on bursts of bubbles created by shoals of fish. Innovative, indeed.
