The Town of Bennington Merchant Park is open from Dawn to Dusk. The Splashpad sensors to initiate the water jets will be operational from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm daily starting on Thursday, May 27th. Please adhere to the posted park rules and be respectful of others when using the facilities.

Going to keep posting this for a while. If you have already signed, thank you. If not, please do. Short Term Rentals in Vermont provide a unique and varied way of visiting our state. There is certainly room for all kinds of lodging here. STRs bring substantial income to the state with meals and room taxes. The large hoteliers that object to us are not seeing the big picture. Our guests are not choosing between a hotel and STR. They are choosing between Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, and the Berkshires! Smaller inns can always rent out their entire space - it just takes creativity.
