"The sentiments expressed in [P**n to be a Star] are as real as a Chris Harder money shot."
-Michael Musto, Paper Magazine Get ready to get Harder with the new play by burlesque performer and adult film actor Chris Harder. Loosely based on his own experiences and observations working in the gay p**n industry, Harder takes you by the hand on an up, close and in your face search for fame followers a
nd a place to shine. Set around the annual Dirty Dish P**n Awards, Harder introduces you to a variety of adult performers, directors and even his mother, all weighing in on the coveted P**nstar of the Year trophy. Who will take home the title? The trailer park kid turned Twitter socialite, Zach Parks? Gay for pay bang bro's, Patrick and Duncan? Or maybe that home grown, homo-from-the-range Chris Harder--she'll put a camera anywhere you know. You'll have to click at the Dish to find out. Directed by Obie Award-winning performer and playwright David Drake, P**n to be a Star is funny, surprising and biting in all the right places. P**n to be a Star runs for 5 performances Nov 29, 30 and Dec 3, 6, 7 at The Stonewall Inn. Tickets and show info available at bit.ly/2humZBZ

(because I missed )
Here's a photo of the first play I ever wrote and directed during my undergrad in North Dakota called "Steel and Snow" (that's right, DRAMA baby.) It had everything: q***r love scenes, nightmares, snowflakes, and a dance number.
NOW... I'm closing the chapter on P**n to be a Star: Back in the Big Apple!, my solo show which also happens to feature q***r love scenes, nightmares, dance numbers, and what I would call, a "metaphorical snowflake." Some themes die hard I guess.
Join me OCT 20 for the FINAL show of P**n to be a Star at The Project! TICKETS + DETAILS: http://bit.ly/2A1ew41

MOM WOULD BE SO PROUD!
HUGE thanks once again to Ambush Magazine for supporting my recent production of P**n to be a Star in NEW ORLEANS! And thank you Brian Sands for this glowing review. Shout outs to my director David Drake, video creators Steven Willis and Thomas Blake Ramsey and also David Quinn for his one of a kind costuming. "...Harder scores. Big. Not only can Harder do leg splits while standing on his head and high-energy burlesque routines but he has a marvelously expressive face and can effortlessly metamorphose among the characters..."
"David Drake directed the 75 minute show with an astute sense of pacing, making full use of the space."

What does it take to be a star...?
Get ready to get Harder with the new play by burlesque performer, actor and former gay p**n star Chris Harder. Loosely based on his own experiences, Harder transforms himself into an eccentric, seductive and satircal line-up of characters including his p**n "nemesis," an emoji-obsessed director and even his own mother-yes, she knows!
Everyone else wants to know... “Who will take home the ‘Best P**n Star of the Year Award?’" Will it be the Twitter t***k socialite Zach Parks, or the fresh-off-the-farm (and fresh-off-parole) Cody Falls? Or what about that go-go boy Chris Harder-”Rumor is he’ll put a camera anywhere...”
Directed by David Drake (The Night Larry Kramer Kissed Me), P**n to be a Star is a cheeky, charming and totally unexpected slice of the gay adult industry.
