SOLID ensures that personal development of each attendee is at the heart of our training workshops and so the following approach is applied to every workshop we deliver:

p 1: Reality Check: Information, including statistics, of the topic being delivered which gives an in-depth and relevant understanding of the issue and its scope. Step 2: Self-Assessment: Each participant will complete a topic-relevant self-assessment which acts as a starting point for the workshop application as it allows both trainer and trainees to ensure value added for all attendees. All assessments delivered are designed by experts in their relevant field and utilize proven research to further enhance the training experience. Step 3: Pre- and Post- Training Assessment: Participants are given an assessment at the start of the course to measure their current level of knowledge. At the end of the workshop, participants are asked to take the assessment again in order to measure how much knowledge was learnt and retained and this reflects on return on investment (ROI) and ability to implement learnt concepts on the job. Step 4: Application of Best Practice Approaches from internationally recognized partners. The theories utilized by SOLID trainers are taken from the most relevant, innovative and timely sources available in the field of human resource management, learning and development as well as adult learning experts. Step 5: Action-Based Learning utilizing games, activities, case studies and simulations to facilitate transfer of learning methodologies which enable participants to apply what they learned in-class into their real working environment. Step 6: Workshop Evaluations that measure the knowledge learnt and opportunities for improvement through applying various components of the Kirkpatrick Model for measuring Training Effectiveness. Compiled report will be provided by Trainer which includes a summary of evaluations completed indicating overall level of satisfaction in addition to a Trainer Feedback Report which provides a mini-SWOT of the workshop from the Trainer’s perspective including individual feedback on each participant’s performance throughout the workshop. All results will be shared with Client’s HR/Training Department. Step 7: Post-workshop follow-up for every participant via SOLID’s online presence.
