Things are hotting up on the Gold Coast. GC600 is in full swing and Evandale Parklands just behind HOTA (Home of the Arts) might just be the place to cool off with a beautiful lake, walking track and nice shaded area for a picnic. There is also a playground for the children and exercise stations for grown ups.
