Built in 2011, there is so much attention to detail to this 10-acre country estate! This home boasts a large theater room, spacious outside swimming pool area with tons of covered patio seating, pergolas, tons of granite counter tops in the huge kitchen, a two-car garage, a playground, a tree house, raised bed garden, generous storage space with a laundry room, kitchen pantry, six large sized bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. There is a sitting room (can also be used as another bedroom) to share conversation or watch the gorgeous sunrises in the morning. The outside of Cedar Ridge holds many surprises! Search out the various spots on the grounds to sit in a glider and enjoy the sounds of birds singing and many other gifts of nature waiting to be discovered at Cedar Ridge.

Large Group Dream Estate Minutes from Nashville!

Nice to know the special touches we work hard to provide are so appreciated! ***** 5/5 Fabulous Vacation Spot with Friends From the first email to the departing well wishes on our journey home and everything in between Robyn and Randy were fantastic. Our group of 6 couples rented this property to end our trip in the Tennessee smoky mountains with a little R&R poolside in the afternoons so we could recoup after our adventure to Nashville each evening. This house offers so much, from the entertainment, kitchen supplies to the comfortable beds and homey feel not to mention all the extras! Hands down this was not just a great house, it was a great experience. They have thought of every detail and covered anything that one might need while staying here! Proud owner moment! Another 5 star review! Hard work pays off! COULDN’T BE BETTER! * * * * * I have been renting houses for several years -- this home is by far the BEST! There are so many small details that the owner included in this rental it's hard to know where to start! First, from the moment I chose to rent this home, Robyn was always available when I needed her. It didn't stop once my family of 16 arrived! Second, this house is truly a home. Whether you have a large group or a small one, you will feel comfortable in this living environment. I came with 8 grandchildren ages 10 - 1/8 months and 6 adults -- everyone had something to do! The collection of board games gave the older children time to engage in active play with one another. The pool was our family place to go where everyone gathered together morning, noon, or night. At times, while some family members chose to stay on the upper level, the pool table and musical instruments added more entertainment on the lower level. The little ones (and older ones) had fun with the instruments and microphone -- it made for great memories to capture on video and pictures! If that weren't enough -- my favorite quiet place had to be the screened in porch where I was able to enjoy the outdoor ambiance without the added disturbance of bugs! The owners thought of everything. The kitchen was well -stocked with everything you could possibly need (and some!). Plenty to do at the house and in the town of Nashville which was only a 30 minute drive! You will not go wrong by choosing to stay at the Cedar Ridge! ~Judy

When I first walked in the front door, I cried. Real genuine tears as I knew we truly found our dream home. My husband Randy and I are the owners of this amazing home and we are happy to share it with you.

You may ask, and I understand, why are you renting it? We recently became “empty nesters” and it is a large home for only 2 people. So, we decided other families or groups of work colleagues should have the opportunity to make wonderful memories in this home too!

Built in 2011, there is so much attention to detail to this 10-acre country estate! With 6 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms and 4775 square feet of space, we are the perfect destination for your group getaway, business retreat, wedding or family reunion!

This beautiful spacious three level home is nearly 5,000 SF with a walkout basement that leads to the large in-ground pool and cozy patio with hammocks, impeccably placed pergolas and an abundance of covered seating areas. The sunsets are awe inspiring when enjoying the view during a summer evening swim.
